In revitalizing their 'Blairs', Silver Spring residential complex, the existing lobby spaces of all the residential towers were renovated to meet the current building code requirements. Designed with a contemporary flare, this renovation project from Blair House, primarily focused on providing ADA compliance, life safety and sustainable design features. The application of neutral colors, materials, and lighting design coupled with the strategic use of accent elements, provides a warm and welcoming lobby space for its users.
