A four story 29,000 sf new construction project designed with integrated teaching facilities for students with learning differences, aiming to use the school building and site as a  teaching tool. Green building design features such as a stormwater management bio retention pond and exterior roof terrace aims at facilities the learning of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Additionally the flexible classroom spaces, planned science laboratories and vocational training spaces encourages hand-on learning.
