LaniaDC designed a state-of-the-art fire rated ceiling assembly to ensure a clear occupancy separation between the existing use group and our vibrant new childcare facility. The project boasts new classrooms brimming with excitement, a cozy office space, a relaxing teacher break area, a modern kitchenette, accessible restrooms for convenience, and an engaging outdoor play area that sparks joy and exploration. All this for an amazing design and construction cost of just $110K. This isn't just an upgrade; it’s a revolution in early childhood education facilities!
