Welcome to Board & Brush, a DIY boutique studio that transforms raw materials into charming, custom rustic home decor masterpieces. Nestled in a 2,000 square foot space, this craft haven invites customers to dive into hands-on classes where creativity knows no bounds. Using wood and water-soluble, non-toxic paints, each piece crafted here is as safe for the environment as it is beautiful.
Despite using environmentally safe materials, the Fairfax County Building Plan Review Department required rigorous waste disposal assurances. That’s where LaniaDC stepped in, collaborating seamlessly with the landlord, tenant, and County officials. We navigated the County's requirements and challenges with finesse, ensuring the space not only optimized the client's space and budget but also met all County Code requirements.
The result? A unique studio that celebrates creativity and craftsmanship at every turn, elevating the client’s vision into a tangible, enchanting reality. All of this, for an affordable construction cost of $100K.
